Drawing in Space

I'm This probably the project out of the four that I've worked the hardest on. I was going through a tough time. So the inspiration that came about for this project was, what would look like if I recorded every single one of my emotions. Every 3 hours a day from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep. I was expecting it to look a lot darker, but good things that happen that week. I learned that I got an internship to a program I really wanted to attend, my 21st birthday was right around the corner. And I went to Universal that weekend. The majority of sticks that I paintedwe're of the color gold and gray. Gold meaning content, grain meaning tired. Then again that's the normal life of a college student anyways. I used sticks because they're literally pieces of time that breakaway into the void. So I felt like I had reclaim them, and then printed my own bits of time.
